Showing Up. Staying Connected. Getting to Work.
One of my commitments as your SDEC Committeeman for Congressional District 29 is to stay visible, accessible, and accountable. For me, that means keeping you informed, listening to our neighbors, and showing up to do the work.
Saturday night, I attended HCDP’s JJR Gala and connected with fellow Democrats and community leaders. Sunday evening, I was back in the community canvassing alongside SDEC Committeeman Justin Boyd, Senator Molly Cook, Representative Penny Morales Shaw, Sean Simon, and others committed to getting out the vote.
These experiences reinforce something I believe: strong communities are built through relationships and consistent participation. Every conversation matters, and every person willing to give their time can make a difference.
With the November 3 election approaching, I invite you to join me for phone banking on Tuesday, October 20, from 6:00–7:30 PM at HCDP Headquarters, 5445 Almeda Road. New and experienced volunteers are welcome, and light refreshments will be provided.
Our work continues beyond Election Day, but right now, we have an opportunity to turn our commitment into action.
